The Law company "BDO Legal Ukraine" possesses the status of a Member Firm of BDO International, the worldwide network of independent accounting and consulting companies founded in Europe in 1963. As of October 2010, BDO International included over 1,082 firms in 119 countries, with total staff of more than 46,930 professionals.

The "BDO Legal Ukraine" history is inseparable from the history of the Law company "Yurchenko Rabyshko & partners" (YRP) founded in 2000. The latter company brought together young and promising lawyers who always aimed to achieve success and help others do the same.

We provide professional legal services like legal advices, various legal support, legal analysis and preparation of documents, representation of our clients' interests in their relationships with partners, courts and other state authorities. In other words, we deal with most unpleasant things which may appear in our clients' business from time to time.

In March 2009 the Law company "Yurchenko Rabyshko and partners" (YRP) has joined the network of BDO in Ukraine as a Member Firm of the license agreement and changed its name to BDO Legal Ukraine. As of the named date BDO Legal Ukraine employed 15 professionals. The cooperation of BDO Legal Ukraine partners created a synergy of high level professional knowledge and experience, deep understanding of Ukrainian market and wide connections with various state and commercial institutions.
